When we're relaxing by our granite fireplace in Brittany, we often find our thoughts straying to the Mexican coast and the adventures we've had there. Those adventures include our "grand cru" Mexican chocolate. These have been developed by pairing chocolate selections from our chocolate supplier Alejandro in Mexico with our signature spice blends.
A new chocolate treat is now available alongside those chocolate bars: Chocolate-Coated Almonds flavored with our signature spice blends: Kawa, Défendue, and Equinoxiale.
Firm, crunchy almonds from Provence are dipped in our "Jardin" dark chocolate (a blend of beans from Alejandro's cocoa trees) or or in our “Forest” chocolate (an Uranga, a variety of Trinitario selected by Alejandro in the forest of Chiapas), which has been flavored with our signature spice compositions.
