Story
"Vacances" is a pepper blend created by Olivier Roellinger.
Different peppers, some salty, some round, are combined with fermented lemon powder, aromatic herbs and a few seaweeds from Brittany. Coarsely ground into a mignonette, this pepper blend is sprinkled directly on your salads, baked fish and grilled meats.
This small format allows you to take this mignonette pepper with you on your travels.
