Olivier Rœllinger's words
I originally called this blend the “spice of life”…When I created it, I wanted it to be flavorful enough for everyday use rather than something that's relegated to a role as a ‘health’ product. Turmeric has many health benefits.
All cooks around the world have a responsibility when it comes to nourishing those who feed, and a healthy balance for the body should come before a flavor balance for the palate.
With Jane, who has a degree in pharmacy, we have formulated this spice blend to incorporate all the health virtues that spices, herbs, and seaweed have to offer.
