I first discovered Morita chiles in Oaxaca, Mexico. Shaped like blackberries, they have a faintly smoky flavor that is lusciously captivating. The first time I infused Morita chiles in oil, my impulse was to use it to season steamed or grilled fish. I now always keep a bottle of Morita Chile Oil on my table!
Story
Use a few drops of this fruity, smoky oil to season steamed vegetables and fish. Morita Chile Oil also goes well with rice, beans, and potatoes.
