Story
Our Cameroon Black peppercorns are grown on a small (5 acre) plantation in the center of the African country which uses organic agriculture practices.
The peppercorns are harvested by hand from December to March, then they are soaked in water and rubbed to remove the pericarpe outer coating. The peppercorns are then dried in the sun for 3 days and carefully sifted and sorted.
